What is the return policy?

Satisfaction Guarantee

Reactive Imaging values customer satisfaction. If properly used hardware fails to perform its intended purpose within 30 days, it may be returned for replacement. Manufacturer warranties that exceed these terms are honored. For example Vista System frames include a life-time guarantee to replace any portion that malfunctions.

Every effort is made to deliver work that exceeds patron expectations. Long lasting quality materials are used. Be certain to specify outdoor use when applicable. Indicate lighting and length of time materials will be displayed for best suggestions. Display stands with printed banners are generally assembled and tested before delivery. Report defective merchandise within 7 days.

Custom orders are non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to, printed banners, mounted signs, assembled banner stands, stretched canvas and special order items such as sign frames unless there is a defect in material workmanship.

In many cases, customers provide their own artwork for printing. As a courtesy, graphics are examined before printing and the customer has the option to repair the file(s) or pay to have it properly prepared by Reactive Imaging. The customer is responsible for proofreading and approving files before printing. Reactive Imaging assumes no responsibility for typographical errors or improperly prepared customer-supplied files.

Report hardware defects within 30 days for an RMA#. Reactive Imaging nor any affiliate is responsible for incidental or consequential damages from improper hanging, storage or carrier delivery delays. Shipping insurance is recommended during transport to and from exhibition locations.
