- Keep stored banners rolled with the graphic side out around or inside a cardboard tube or within retractable banner stand and within carrying case or plastic to keep clean. Hard cases are available for shipping.
- Never fold a banner.
- Though they can be used for transport, avoid storing banners in hot vehicles, especially if not rolled properly as described in instruction #1 above.
- Most retractable banner stands can have the graphics safely removed and replaced by professionals. For some models, a completely new order may be less expensive than shipping and reinstallation.
- Keep laminated banners clean with simple soap and water. Rubbing alcohol can also be used. Wipe unlaminated banners lightly using rag moistened with water only.
