Black 1/4-inch JetMount board is a dense polystryrene foam sandwiched between two 11-point clay-coated paper liners. Though much sturdier standard foamboard, it can be knife cut and retains the light weight of original Fome-cor.
JetMount is engineered for digital printing, as an alternative to much more expensive resin-impregnated Gatorboard (currently not offered at Reactive Imaging), making it ideal for trade show displays while saving money on shipping. Though it may be convenient to laminate both sides, JetMount is stable enough to support mounting on one side without warping or bowing.
